Today several secondary glazed windows were fitted at my house by one of your fitters. My house is old (nearly 300 years) and carrying out any kind of work on it is never easy. I don’t think that there is a straight floor or window anywhere in the house. So I would like to let you know that my husband and I were not only very pleased with the fitter’s work, but also his attitude and behaviour. He was very polite and most considerate and he carried out a difficult and long job on his own with minimum disruption to our day.
