Following the installation of my French doors I have had to call you on two occasions, one for cosmetic repairs and the other to rectify a gap and draught between the two doors. Both were carried out within a few days of my notifying you and the repairs were carried out to my complete satisfaction, and you followed up with telephone calls to see if I was happy.
I have to say I am most impressed with your after sales service which is a rare thing in this day and age.
I personally would have no hesitation in recommending you to other people who may be contemplating buying your products.
