I am writing to give very positive feedback on the work in replacing my garage roof at the same time as similar work on my neighbour’s garage.
I wish to make the following points:
• I was impressed by the thoroughness of the personnel involved at every stage from sales through survey to completion of the work and follow up.
• The team who carried out the installation worked intensively over two days to take advantage of the weather window available to them.
• They were friendly, happy to discuss the job and to answer any customer questions.
• They worked efficiently as a team and were careful to keep the site clean and tidy and clear up after the job was finished, although we would have preferred it if the skip contractor had been able to pick up the skip sooner.
• The job itself was carried out in exactly the way presented in the sales literature and video and the result is most successful.
• The documentation provided in relation to the job was of a high quality.
As a result of this I feel assured that should I were to have any issue with the job in future it would be addressed appropriately.
