I wanted to make you aware of the fine standard of workmanship displayed by your installers in the installation of our conservatory. Their achievement and commitment despite quite awful weather conditions is a credit to their positive attitude and ethos and to their pride in their work.
Generally we were pleased with our new conservatory and the wood lagging on the metal vents appears to have cured the condensation problem, perhaps it might be an idea to do this as standard in future.
