We have just recently had our kitchen replaced through Everest and felt it was important to let you know how pleased we are with the work that has been undertaken, on what was a fairly major project.
We have been very impressed by the whole process right from the beginning when we discussed our ideas with your salesman, through to detailed discussions with your surveyor and then to the work that was undertaken by your plasterers and fitters.
It is the latter who we would particularly like to compliment. Our fitters were with us throughout the refit and were exemplary in, not only their knowledge and skills about the job in hand, but they were also very ‘customer centred’ – nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept us informed about what was happening throughout the process. Because they were highly skilled, it meant, for us, that we had continuity in the different phases of the refit, which was really important for us. They were flexible and efficient at all times and always tidied up before they left! We really cannot speak highly enough of them – they seemed to work so well together – it was because of them that the refit went smoothly.
We are delighted with the final ‘product’ and felt it was important to share this with you.
Your company recommendation scheme was also an important factor in our decision to go with Everest and we are now waiting for our ‘recommendee’ to receive her reward.
