We are indeed very happy with our new windows and have been duly impressed with the quality of the windows and with everyone involved with their installation.
We found the knowledge, workmanship and patience of the architect, exemplary. He managed to design the two new windows to harmonize beautifully with our remaining original windows. He also took the time to listen to us, took on board our suggestions and explained away any misgivings we may have had.
The fitter and his apprenticewere also without fault. Their workmanship was impressive and we are very grateful for the kind, thoughtful and professional manner in which they set about their task, causing no damage, for their immaculate attention to detail and for leaving no sign of their ever having been here when they left, apart from the beautiful windows.
