To record the process: I telephoned Everest on a Friday lunchtime, having found contact details on the internet and you contacted me the same evening and made an appointment for Saturday morning. In the meeting you explained absolutely everything involved in the fitting, described the windows in detail, took preliminary measurements and costed the project. Your professionalism filled me with confidence and I placed an order.
You kept in touch with me over the next week or so and we arranged an appointment for your surveyor to call. Again, I was most impressed by the care [the fitter] took to ensure that the windows would fit, as indeed they did. We arranged a mutually convenient day, Monday 11th April for the installation. The fitters arrived promptly at 9.00am and showed a professional attitude and pride in their work from the outset. They worked hard throughout the morning, keeping noise to a minimum. They clean up perfectly afterwards and took the old windows away. I thought they were an excellent team. I was most impressed by the fact that you came round as they were finishing, to inspect their work and shorty after you had all left , another Everest surveyor arrived to inspect the work. I have since had a telephone call from Everest to ensure I am happy with the work that has been done.
I can think of few companies who match the concern for customer satisfaction that Everest has demonstrated.
