Your salesman was at pains to explain all the pros and cons of the Everest System at our first visit with him. He was very thorough and brought out several points that the other two companies had failed to discuss.
We chose your company for several reasons, not that it was the cheapest option. More the long history of Everest and its reputation and its likelihood of continuing in business during the lifetime of the solar system; the professionalism showed to us in the discussions allowing us to make a selection; the care of the installation team – especially that of the tiler and the electrician. Everything was explained to us as they went along and we where shown in detail the installation as it progressed.
Since the installation two problems have occurred which were dealt with rapidly and to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the result and look forward to monitoring the power generated.
