We have had cause to request service calls for our double glazed windows and doors over the past three years. On each occasion your service personnel have been punctual, efficient and worthy of praise.
I feel it is time to put my satisfaction in writing. The lady who took my call did so efficiently. The engineer and his assistant carried out the necessary work quietly, cleanly and showed the utmost respect for our property. (As have previous Everest staff).
Both these men were of exemplary character and excellent ambassadors for your company. We thought this quality of contractor was a thing of the past.
