The window installation team have just Left and we wanted to take the opportunity of noting our comments about them as they were brilliant!
We were really pleased with the windows that were installed by [the fitters] and they really are a good team! Given the fact that we believe they haven't worked together for long, they get on well.The younger chap is very keen and we know he is new, but he is eager to learn and listens to instructions well; working hard to make sure each task is carried out correctly and accurately. He seems to be learning quickly!
The older fitter is very efficient: he organised and timed the work each day effectively, so that then produced a professional finish to all the work he carried out. He was also happy to make any adjustments we wanted to make to some of the finer detail inside.
They were a very pleasant pair to have around and worked around our time on the first day, having called ahead of their arrival, as they knew we weren't going to get in early. They have left the house clean and tidy and have removed all the old windows so that we don't have anything to clear away. Finally, they made sure we understood how to operate all of the windows and doors before they left.
They are a very good advocate for your company as they show passion for what they do and talk highly about the product itself.
