Further to your telephone call to check on the installation of secondary glazing at my house; I have been very impressed with all my dealings with Everest. The initial consultation was informative, and after the death of my father, I was not pressurised to make a decision until I was ready.
Once the order was placed I was sent all the paperwork, and on the day of the installation was informed that the fitter was on his way. Whilst here there was a call to ensure he was courteous and had put down dust sheets etc. the window frames, being very old, are not completely straight but the fitter made no comment about this and just manoeuvred the new fittings in to place. He tidied up after himself and was an extremely pleasant man.
There have been follow up telephone calls to ensure I was happy with the installation and I write now to thank you for making this as painless as possible and look forward to saving up some more money to have some more windows installed by yourselves in the future.
