I have been an Installer with Everest for 6 years and I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy my job and couldn’t imagine working with any other company.
I think the company has a great work ethic. I know that when I arrive at a customer’s home they will have received excellent service, which makes my job so much easier.
It’s my job to not only install the products correctly but to also make sure customers know how to operate their new windows and doors.
Why do I work for Everest rather than another company?
Like many people in this industry I have worked for other home improvement companies over the years. I view myself as a craftsman so, for me, the quality of the products is really important as I only want to work with great products and great people, which is why Everest fits me so well.
What would I say to someone who was considering a career with Everest?
If you’re looking to work with a reputable company that has a really strong brand, excellent products and service, then Everest is the company for you. They take pride in what they do and they expect their installers to do the same.
