Glass can give doors completely different personalities – and Everest offers the most complete choice of glass types available in the UK today.
Whether you want the glazing in your new door to keep you warmer or cooler, or to keep intruders out, we have a glass option to suit every situation and every purpose.
We use toughened safety glass as standard for every Everest door, including those in Everest porches and conservatories. This means that in the very unlikely event of something being powerful enough to break the glazing, the glass will simply shatter into small, virtually harmless fragments.
All of the inner windowpanes in our doors use coated energy saving Everest Heatlok glazing with ‘low-emissivity’ glass to reflect heat back inside your home, and save on fuel bills. However, you can also specify our unique Heatlok Security Plus sealed window units for ultimate security and insulation.
A range of additional effects for your new Everest door will add even more character to your home. These include authentic Georgian bars, leaded lights, bevelled glass and a range of door furniture.
