Affordable & Beautiful uPVC Doors

uPVC front doors are a popular choice for modern homes. uPVC has a smooth and naturally weatherproof finish, making it a good all-round material that offers exceptional value. uPVC doors are virtually maintenance-free and will never rot, flake or rust. uPVC is also a naturally insulating material, designed to offer high levels of energy efficiency and in combination with our Ultimate Triple Glazing achieves our lowest ever U-value.

Modern uPVC doors are built to be sturdy and secure, with steel-reinforced frames and panels. The hinges and locks are welded securely to the steel reinforcement within the frame, meaning that would-be intruders cannot gain entry through this previous weak spot. Everest uPVC doors feature locks that meet all security standards: BSI, PAS24 and Secured by Design.

Everest uPVC doors are available in 11 different colours and 13 different door designs to complement your home, all beautifully matched to our uPVC window colours. You have the option of a duo colour door with a choice of colour outside, with white on the inside to match a neutral interior colour palette. Plus, customise your uPVC door further with our expanded range of door furniture including premium anti-corrosion designs, proven to withstand the harshest conditions.

All Everest uPVC front doors are manufactured in the UK and now include recycled uPVC and are fully recyclable at the end of life. We offer uPVC front doors, uPVC patio doors and uPVC French doors.

Commonly Asked Questions

    Can you paint uPVC doors?

A quick way to refresh your home’s exterior is by painting your exterior uPVC doors. In theory, it is possible to paint a uPVC but at Everest, we would not overly promote this idea as paint won’t provide such a good finish and there is always a chance that the pain will not bond to the surface and will begin to flake – certainly if it's in direct sunlight for long periods.

    How safe are uPVC doors?

Early uPVC doors suffered from a security flaw because the euro locks used could easily be ‘snapped’ to gain access to a property. Improved anti-snap locks solved the issue and modern quality uPVC doors now have locking systems that meet British Security Standards.

Everest uPVC doors are fitted with 3 star cylinders designed with anti-snap, anti-pick, anti-drill and anti-bump protection to keep your door secure.

All Everest uPVC Doors meet PAS 24:2022 security standards, Secured by Design accredited and the lock cylinders meet BS EN 1303:2015.

Which is better, uPVC or composite doors?

The main difference between uPVC and composite doors is in the materials. uPVC doors are constructed solely of uPVC a strong and durable form of plastic. Whereas, composite doors are made from a selection of materials including a solid timber core, glass-reinforced polyester skins and uPVC frame. Composite doors, though more expensive, tend to be more popular due to their robust, long-lasting structure.

Both doors hold PAS 24 and Secured by Design standards.

How much does a uPVC door cost?

A new front door cost is dependent on many factors ranging from material, style, size and custom made options.

At Everest, we do not sell supply only doors. We install a full door set including the frame, leaf, handles, hinges, locking mechanism and furniture, plus a 10 year guarantee as standard.

Everest uPVC door prices start at £1,500 including full installation and a 10 year guarantee.
