I have been singing your praises and the praise of Everest to all

Mrs B, London

I am writing to thank you for all your help and advice. Both Kevin and I are overjoyed with our new Wood-grain French doors. As you know Kevin was not party to our discussions and I can say he was truly impressed with the results, and that is not easy to do.

This could not have been achieved without all your help and assistance, right from the first contact then during Survey… and then to the final installation you were with me all the way. I remember that on your first visit I had little idea of what I did want, but a clear idea of what I didn't want. But you were patient and took the time to go through all the options and you were right with the suggestion of doors and the finish of the doors. I appreciate that you handled all aspects of the process and even ironed out hiccoughs along the way. I was impressed that you were able to work to my timeframe and accommodated us in every way.

As for [the fitters], what can I say? You told me you had the best men working on your jobs and you were right. Where to start; they were on time, clean, tidy and did not stop all day until the job was finished. You would not even know they had been in the house. The only evidence that they had ever been here was that my hideous metal 1.970's sliding doors were replaced by beautiful opening French doors. I was slightly concerned that there might be damage to the wall, as this is an old house and you can never tell. However, you reassured me that they would make good any damage, and you were so right. There was no damage, and we didn't even need to repaint the wall. Upon completion of the job, they took everything away with them, so even the garden was left tidy.

To summarise, I can't praise you highly enough. I have been singing your praises and the praise of Everest to all. Our paths will cross again, I still have a kitchen door and kitchen windows which need your magic touch!
