We dig our foundations significantly deeper than most, 260 millimetres rather than the usual 200 for driveways, and 190 rather than the standard 140 for patios. We lay a continuous ‘Geotex’ membrane at the foundation to prevent your tiles from sinking or shifting. On top of this we place a 150-milimetre sub-base (100 for patios), 50% deeper than the industry standard. The effect of these additional measures is to ensure that your driveway or patio remains stunningly attractive and undamaged for years to come.
