Meet the team in Hertfordshire

Craig Robert Whitehouse

Craig lives in Dudley and is a season ticket holder at Aston Villa - he goes to both home and away matches with his daughter, also a big fan. As for Everest, he sells all of our best-known home improvements, including French, patio, entrance and bi-fold doors, plus sash and casement windows, as well as secondary glazing and other products like security systems and garage doors. Having joined us in 2013, Craig has chalked up many happy customers in Luton, Hitchin, Bedford, Hoddesdon and Stevenage.

Michael Maccariello

With an Italian father, a Polish mother and a German wife, Michael is nothing if not a man of the world. But his relaxed manner and all-round knowledge make him a favourite with customers as far apart as Bedford, Bishops Stortford, Knebworth, Enfield and Welwyn Garden City, where he sells all of our core products such as windows and doors, as well as driveways. But he likes to get away too, often flying to new and interesting places. Perhaps that's one reason why his favourite book is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. He's been with Everest since 2009.

Paul Wilden

Paul joined Everest Home Improvements in 2016 and lives in Aylesbury, as do many of his customers, who also come from towns such as Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes. In his spare time he's a keen guitar player, while work-wise he's well qualified to set the right note with any of our best-known products . These include casement, dual turn and sash windows, plus bi-fold patio, stable, French and front doors, whether in uPVC, aluminium or timber. He can also tell you about flat roofs, driveways, roof trim and much else besides.

Sarah Leah Jordan

Joining us in 2013, Sarah is responsible for many towns in the region, including Stevenage, Harlow, Harpenden, St Albans and her home town of Cheshunt. Her favourite film is the Julia Roberts rom-com Eat Pray Love, and outside work Sarah likes nothing better than scuba diving. We're not sure if she's found any pearls in the ocean, but she certainly has plenty of them to tell you about on dry land, including our uPVC, timber and aluminium windows and doors, plus roof trim, secondary glazing, flat roofs, driveways and more.

Paul Docking

Paul is definitely an old rocker at heart. For one thing, he plays a fairly mean axe himself, for another, his favourite album is Humble Pie's Rockin the Fillmore. And having joined Everest in 1979, he's definitely the right vintage. Mind you, with coming up to 40 years with us, there's nothing that he doesn't know about our conservatories and orangeries, which is what he specialises in, whether it's uPVC, timber or aluminium examples. Paul lives in Hitchin, covering towns such as Stevenage, Enfield and Welwyn Garden City.

Eddie Gleeson

Awarded one of our ‘Top Salesman' spots a few years ago, Eddie hails from Harpenden and is a real Everest veteran of over 25 years' service. He knows everything there is to know about all Everest products, and is just as happy selling conservatories in St Albans as windows in Watford or doors in Berkhampstead. Outside work, his favourite film is Gladiator, and he also enjoys painting pictures. So if you would like him to come and improve the landscape of your home in some way, he's ready and waiting for your appointment.

Craig Rafferty

Craig has been with Everest for well over 20 years, joining the company in 1996. With so much experience, he's the fount of all knowledge when it comes to our home improvement products, and can identify at a glance what kind of roof trim you might need, and whether timber, aluminium or uPVC would be the right choice for your casement windows or front door. Craig is also a member of the Red Cross. He lives in St Albans and is responsible for all of the region, including Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley, Abbots Langley and Watford.

Dennis Smith

Dennis has been with Everest for well over 30 years, first joining us in 1985. Since then he's seen plenty of changes, not least in our products, but it also means he knows them inside out, from the latest casement, dual turn or sash windows though to bi-fold, French patio and entrance doors. He can also tell you everything about driveways, garage doors and flat roofs. He lives in Bushey, and over the decades has found many happy customers in Watford, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead. His favourite film is One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest.

Jack Bender

Jack is a big Simon & Garfunkel fan and is often to be found meeting customers in Enfield, Barnet, Potters Bar or Borehamwood. A lot of his customers live in terraced or semi-detached houses, many of which are period properties, so he's particularly good at helping them make the right choices when it comes to casement or sash windows, or entrance, bi-fold or patio doors, but also handles other useful products such as driveways and garage doors. His claim to fame is that he once played county-standard table tennis.

Kwabena Ofosu-Asare

Kwabena joined Everest in 2016 and looks after many areas just to the North and West of London. That includes Ruislip, Northolt, Greenford, Hayes and Uxbridge. His responsibilities include all of our main home improvement ranges, such as dual turn, sash and casement windows, as well as French, patio, stable and front doors, plus secondary glazing. He can also tell you about driveways, artificial grass, security systems and secondary glazing. His favourite book is a good one - in fact it's the good one - The Bible.

Mark Bishop

Mark joined Everest in 2016 and looks after all of our core range. This includes roof trim, patios, garage doors, driveways, artificial grass, flat roofs and our ever-popular replacement windows and doors, plus secondary glazing. He lives in St Albans and covers Watford, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead and Beaconsfield, as well as the many attractive villages in this area. He says that his favourite films are the Rocky series, but only up to Rocky IV, which puts him in agreement with the critics. Like the hero of those films, he says that ‘I don't like to lose'!

Rebecca Verity Coombe

Growing up in Switzerland with American and English parents, who would have imagined that Rebecca would end up living in Welham Green? But she does, and also loves ‘all country music' (but with her cosmopolitan background, which country, we wonder?!). She joined Everest in 2016, and has customers in places like Watford, Barnet, Hemel Hempstead, Cockfosters and even Cuffley, which is where the Everest HQ is. Windows, doors, flat roofs, garage doors, security systems, whatever you're after, Rebecca can help.

Stephen Peter Pinning

Stephen is a rap fan, his favourite track being Pure by T Mo - and not surprisingly is great when it comes to talking about any of our home improvements (although as far as we know he doesn't actually rap about any himself). But he's a great guy, and he can help you whether you're thinking about some new windows or a front door, or a new conservatory or replacement roof for your current one. He joined us in 2012, and has introduced many customers in High Wycombe, Watford, Northwood and St Albans to Everest products.

Shalinder Teji

Shalinder's favourite TV series is the Unusual Suspects, but when it comes to the products he specialises in, it's definitely the usual suspects - French, bi-fold, patio, stable and entrance doors, plus dual turn, tilt & turn, casement and sash windows, plus other key lines such as flat roofs, garage doors and roof trim. He lives in Bedford, while his customers are typically from places like St Albans, Wheathampstead, High Wycombe, Uxbridge and Hayes. Outside of work he's a keen runner, and also trains other runners to compete in marathons.

Tim Piercy

Tim joined Everest in 2011 and lives in Watford, His customers generally reside in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, including in St Albans, Amersham, Rickmansworth and Chorleywood. Tim is responsible for all of our best-known products, including sash, dual turn, casement and tilt & turn windows, plus patio, entrance, French, stable and bi-fold doors. He can also tell you about our secondary glazing, patios, driveways, flat roofs and alarm systems. His favourite film is the Ealing comedy classic Kind Hearts and Coronets.

Matthew Gaskin

Matthew has now been with Everest for well over 10 years, and is responsible for all of our main home improvement products. These include uPVC, timber, aluminium and composite doors, plus timber, uPVC and aluminium windows, as well as roof trim, plus flat roofs, patios, driveways and security systems. A big fan of that modern classic The Shawshank Redemption, Matthew lives in Sandy. He also has a twin. His numerous customers are from all over the region, including places such as Baldock, Stevenage, Luton and St Albans.
