The installation of new windows and doors was completed, on schedule, yesterday and you have two very happy customers.
Your installers, that should be craftsmen, they travelled some distance from their base to my home and arrived promptly and cheerfully each day. Before installation started, they took great care to discuss my views on how I wanted the finished look and this caring attitude continued throughout the process.
The levels of skill and expertise that both displayed is exemplorary and where problems arose, as indeed they always do in such a project, they saw them as a challenge to be overcome…not an inconvenience which slowed them down.
I cannot praise them enough, they are “ambassadors in the field” for Everest and I am sure it helps to be working with a first class product.
