"Dear Everest,
As you will know I have recently had double glazing installed throughout my house.
I write as a very satisfied customer (2nd time around), and I would like this letter passed on to the area manager responsible for my installations team as soon as possible.
I have worked for a company who invested massively into a programme called PRIDE, this initiative supposedly encouraged staff to take pride in their work and thus the eventual outcome would be improved customer service. I firmly believe that this attitude cannot be taught, you either have it or not.
The lead team who installed my double glazing consisted of a father and son team. PRIDE well they both had this in abundance and the son’s commitment certainly emanated from his father’s teaching and influence. His father should be a very proud father. They both verified my belief that you have this quality because you want to go home and say that you had a good day at work and feel satisfied with your achievements.
Your area should be very grateful to have such a dedicated work force. Nothing was too much trouble for them, my house was left in a well organised and clean manner each day, and when a job costs so much disruption to your everyday living, I can honestly say it was a real privilege to have them in my home.
I should also comment that the customer support team have been nothing but polite, efficient and helpful.
