Your salesman, from Watford, responded to our queries with patience and good humour and your young lady progress chaser at St Albans, was also prompt and pleasant to deal with. Your fitter was also very pleasant, punctual and careful in his work. He was happy to explain the job to us as it went along when we asked him, so we felt we always knew what was happening and when it would start and finish. I don’t have to tell you how reassuring this is when your kitchen is being taken to pieces whilst you try to continue normal life!
