The perfect fit
We “fit the best” by making sure that your new kitchen is a perfect project from start to finish
There’s no doubt that a poorly planned kitchen is a poor investment. Far from improving your home, it is often ugly and almost guaranteed to prove troublesome at some point during its life.
At Everest, we’re committed to providing the highest quality products and exceptional levels of customer service. So we do a lot of hard work at the planning stage to ensure that everything is organised and agreed before our installers arrive.
First, one of our designers will visit your home and listen carefully to your requirements for your new kitchen. You can tell them exactly what you want – the style of cupboards, the size of sink, the access you need, the appliances you’d like and much more. That way, they can create a bespoke kitchen to suit you, your home and your lifestyle.
After you have chosen the kitchen that best suits you, you will see a colour picture of how it will look. We’ll carry out a detailed survey. All measurements are double checked and we’ll also look into practical matters, such as making sure that your gas, electricity and water supplies conform to current regulations.
As soon as you confirm the design and options that what you want for your new kitchen, we’ll organise a team to supervise every stage of the project. You will also be allocated a customer care manager, who you can speak to at any time to check how your order is progressing.
Once your new kitchen has been made, we’ll contact you to agree a date when the installation can begin. And when we say that we’ll start on a certain date, we mean it – over 40 years of installing home improvements have taught us one or two things about scheduling.
You’ll find that our installation experts are courteous and considerate. They’re also highly efficient. But they’ll take the time to thoroughly check their work as they go along, so you shouldn’t expect any shortcuts.
Instead, what you can look forward to is the careful creation of an impressive new kitchen by an equally impressive team of enthusiastic and expert workers.
They’ll not only take care of the installation, but will also look after your home to ensure minimum disruption and fuss. They’ll use dustsheets for protection and clean thoroughly afterwards. Then, when your home is left neat and tidy, they’ll leave you in peace to enjoy your new kitchen.
