The 4 weeks installation period for white uPVC windows is a limited offer and is subject to availability and the following terms and conditions. Offer available 2.5.12 – 29.5.12.
1. Installation appointment to be made within 4 weeks of completed survey
2. Available to Mainland UK customers only
3. 4 week installation offer to be offered to the following products only:
• uPVC Casement Windows – white finish
• uPVC Tilt Turn Windows – white finish
4. Contracts must be entirely made up of standard white uPVC casement and tilt turn windows which do not feature any of the following ‘add-ons’. Multi-product contracts cannot be guaranteed to be installed in 4 weeks:
• Radius heads, circular and angled windows
• Cottage finish
• Any woodgrain option, including white woodgrain, and any dual colour option
• Special designs – only those designs illustrated in the Design Guide are eligible
5. Installations that require more than 3 days work to install are not eligible (maximum of 12 windows)
6. Adverse weather, including high winds and torrential rain, can prevent installation within the 4-week period
7. Contracts requiring planning permission, building regulations and building warranties are exempt
8. Properties that require investigations into the presence of asbestos are excluded
9. Contracts that require chargeable access equipment are excluded
10. Dependent on customers’ availability for access to survey and install, and the availability of funds
11. Excludes London during the Olympic period, as this will hinder free access
12. No compensation can be given in the event of the 4 week installation period not being met – it is not an express term

Terms and Conditions
- Entry is only open to UK residents over the age of 18 who have purchased Everest products as a result of this promotion.
- Available to new and existing customers.
- Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The prize is a full refund against the invoice value of their Everest products purchased in this promotion. There are no runners’ up prizes.
- Conservatories, orangeries and tiled roof extensions are excluded.
- Entries will only be taken from orders made between 18 January 2013 and 30 January 2013 inclusive or orders from appointments placed between those dates.
- Orders placed on Everest Home Acount wil count as two entries.
- Only one prize per household.
- Participation will be automatic upon confirming the order for the relevant Everest product.
- Proof of purchase will be necessary (invoice or confirmed order).
- The winning entries will be the first 12 randomly selected on or before the 28 February 2013 and will be overseen by an independent adjudicator.
- The winners will be notified by post and/or by telephone by 28 February 2013.
- The name and county of the prize winner will be available for a week after the draw date. A list of winners can be obtained by writing to; Everest Win Your Windows Promotion, Everest Limited, Everest House, Sopers Road, Cuffley, Hertfordshire, EN6 4SG.
- The winners agree to the publishing of their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
- No other alternatives to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.

- The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
