Why choose a traditional composite door?

An Everest composite door is made from fibreglass (GRP) with steel reinforcement and a rigid, energy-efficient core which makes them incredibly strong and weather resistant. Our composite entrance doors are available in 44mm and 70mm, with the latter providing better storm proofing if you live in an area effected by extreme weather. Whichever you choose, your can rest assured your composite door will exceed British Security Standards and qualify for Secured by Design.

SmartLock

SmartLock from Yale is totally keyless, allowing you to open your front door through a variety of different methods, and it works perfectly with the multi-point locking system on an Everest Composite Door. It's fitted with a push & turn Thumbturn, to prevent would-be intruders opening the door through the letterbox and a loud alarm should they try to break into the lock so it offers all the security you'd expect from Everest.

Letterbox Fishing Guard

Fit an Everest letterbox fishing guard to the internal side of your door and prevent potential thieves from key fishing, whist still conveniently allowing mail to be delivered. All our Composite Doors can be fitted with the letterbox fishing guard and have the Police's 'Secured by Design' approval.

We also offer matching side panels on our range of composite entrance doors in a range of colours. All our side panels are bespoke made along with your door and come with a choice of glass so you can create extra light in your entrance hall as well as beautify the front of your home even further.

That’s why we give you a 10 year guarantee on the whole door and a lifetime guarantee on the 70mm sealed unit against fog and condensation. Security that's way out in front

Traditional composite entrance doors are Secured by Design accredited, with a multi-point, bi-directional locking system and the optional extra of SmartLock - our most secure lock developed by Yale. Our composite front and back doors are made from GRP with a PU foam core and a frame reinforced with steel for strength and security. We fit thermally toughened safety glass as standard and the sealed unit is secured with concealed brackets to prevent intruders removing glass from outside. As well as a high security lock cylinder our composite doors come fitted with a key lockable handle and 3 high security hinges for extra security.

A lasting impression to the front of your home

Our composite entrance door leafs are made from GRP to give the appearance of traditional timber but without the maintenance, so your composite door will keep its appearance and will never need repainting. Our composite front and back doors are made bespoke to your home and there's an array of options to choose from. There's 44mm or 70mm profiles in a range of designs and colours including a dual colour option - where inside and outside are different. Plus, you can also choose inward or outward opening, a full range of door furniture and decorative or patterned glass.

An entrance to a warmer home

Everest composite entrance doors are made-to-measure for a perfect fit and tight seal, eliminating both draughts and noise. The rebated door leaf is insulated with a rigid insulated PU foam core and a multi-chamber frame for additional insulation. Our composite doors also keep your home better protected from weather as GRP will never, rot, rust, peel or flake and they come fitted with double weather-resistant seals around the door frame and a weather drip to deflect rain away. Plus, our internal low-e glass reflects heat back into your home and with triple glazing you get extra heat retention and insulation.
