Do I need planning permission for a conservatory?
As part of our service we offer design and technical services, planning permission and building regs management, advice on groundworks, and the final supply and fit of your Everest conservatory.
Here’s how we work and the process we follow for bringing your conservatory to reality.
We’ll discuss your vision, carry out an initial site analysis to work out what is possible to achieve with your home & available space.
We'll propose some design options and ideas for how we can help you achieve your dream space within your achievable budget.
We'll design your conservatory in 3D to bring the options to life and enable you to "walk through" the space before you go ahead.
Our building technical team will carry out a detailed survey of your property and create a detailed summary of all the work required to ensure the project goes smoothly.
We take care of this by using drawings created by our surveyor to help obtain all Planning and Building approvals that are needed.
We’ll provide detailed technical drawings and specifications so you can discuss with specialist groundwork companies how to build your base.
Once your groundwork team has completed the base building we will come and sign this off to make sure everything will fit perfectly.
Everything will be ready to go and we will complete the manufacture and agree an installation date.
Finishing off – we will then carry out the required work to enable you to enjoy your conservatory
Guarantees and taking care of your conservatory. Once complete we will sign off the work together and provide you with your industry leading guarantees.
