A question we are sometimes asked is how to fix a uPVC window handle that's broken. Not a common issue, but this can happen from rough wear and tear so that the handle loosens and might become difficult to turn and lock. If this happens, we recommend that you replace the window handle unit.
To change the window handle is a relatively quick and easy job – but only if you are replacing the window handle with the same style. It’s essential to check that the new replacement window handle will fit into the holes on the uPVC window and that the spindle is the same size.
