Customer Case Study

Products: WINDOWS

We're proud to say we 'Fit the best', so we endeavour to leave our customers totally satisfied. In this case study we met the customer at her home, in Dorset to discuss her experience with Everest.

The Project

The customer was keen to let us know that they had used Everest in the past, as a newly married couple at their first property. When they moved into their current house, they had the windows replaced by a local company. However, over twenty years later, time had taken its toll and they needed updating. So they made the decision to have them replaced before her husband retired. Having seen our adverts, they had decided to use Everest again and were really pleased with the results.

The Design Consultation

The couple already had a budget in mind for the job and were pleasantly surprised that the price quoted came very close to it. The customer told us that her husband fired many technical questions at the sales consultant, who answered them all with ease and style and made them feel they were in safe hands. Following on from their successful consultation, they decided to choose Everest to fit their windows. The customer managed to talk her husband around to having standard glazing instead of leaded, which she laughingly said was "no small triumph".

Installed Products

Exclusive uPVC double-glazed casement windows in Rosewood with gold handles.

The Survey & Installation Process

The surveyor arrived as planned and completed the survey without any issues and their installation date was booked. When it came to the installation, the customer was extremely happy with our installation team and admits that she was more than a little anxious before their arrival, having heard a couple of horror stories from friends about messy installers from local double glazing firms. Their experience couldn't have been further removed however. After completing the installation, they returned at a later date to complete an inspection of the job "using a fine-tooth comb" she said, to ensure it had all been fitted correctly and to detail any snagging issues that required attention.
