The Project

The customer decided that adding a conservatory to her property was the best option, as she wanted to extend her living space the quickest and most cost-effective way possible. She chose Everest over other home improvement companies because she knew somebody who already had our products and had seen first-hand just how well built and solid they were. This coupled with our strong brand name, great Trustpilot ratings and compelling advertising, convinced her that she would be in good hands if she ordered from Everest.

I can't fault the Everest staff and always felt that they had my best interests at heart.

The Design Consultation

The Everest Sales Consultant presented some great samples and lots of options for the customer to choose from. She was also impressed with the range of colours and designs available. The consultant helped her decide on the final design and the accessories to go with the conservatory too. Our knowledgeable surveyor also provided great service and shared the drawings of the conservatory for the customer to approve on his laptop.

The Installation Process

When it came to the actual build, it was completed in two phases with the base work turning out to be much more challenging than expected. Once the builders started digging down they found a stream running underneath the house, but they coped admirably, making alternative plans and overcoming any issues this unexpected find could have caused. Overall the building team were extremely respectful and tidy throughout the whole project.
