We're proud to say we 'Fit the best', so we endeavour to leave all our customers happy and totally satisfied. In this case study we visited David Wall's delightfully bright, spacious and stylishly decorated semi-detached home in Hertfordshire.

REASONS FOR INSTALLATION

David had been looking for the best home improvements company on the market to replace the windows and French doors to the rear of his property. After seeing Everest's TV advertising and doing some online research, he realised he had found the 'best' company for the job. The windows to the front of the house had already been fitted by a local company who hadn't provided a good after sales service, failing to fix all the snagging issues they left behind. This has resulted in David and his family living with faulty locking systems, draughts and poor insulation since the original installation.

Rather than try and persuade us to buy, Michael was simply articulate and knowledgeable, making it easy for us to make informed choices, in our own time.

THE SALES CONSULTATION

Michael was the Everest sales consultant who was David's contact throughout his experience and someone that he rates highly. "Michael offered us many options during the initial consultation and gave us lots of input on design to help us get exactly what we wanted" said David. He continued, "Some of the best advice he gave included the suggestion of installing bottom opening windows for easy access above the sink area, a seemingly small detail that has made using the windows effortless."

The security aspect of Everest windows was the main selling point that appealed to David. As well as this, the other benefits he was keen to take advantage of included upgrading to triple glazing and choosing from the wide choice of furniture options and multiple colours.

THE INSTALLATION TEAM

The installation team were very respectful and tidy whilst installing the products at David's property and now he's had the chance to live with his new casement windows and doors, he has noticed that the biggest pluses to having triple glazing are the soundproofing and heat retention. "It's so nice to find that the house is already warm when you get up for work at silly o'clock! I used to have to put the heating on to heat the house just for me but that's a thing of the past" David told us. Overall, he believes that the temperature of the house has increased by at least 4 degrees. This has definitely resulted in some savings on his heating bills and adds real comfort.

I now fully understand why it is so important to have a home visit, as Everest's products are totally bespoke. We benefitted from the sales consultant's design advice because he had the opportunity of viewing our property first hand, without this, we definitely wouldn't have purchased such perfect products.

SUMMARY

David was pleased that Michael was on hand to help with any queries so that everything was done to his total satisfaction and he was delighted with the finished product, agreeing Everest really do 'Fit the Best'.
