We're proud to say we 'Fit the best', so we endeavour to leave all our customers happy and totally satisfied. In this case study we visited a couple at their lovely, detached property in a quiet, leafy road in Oxfordshire.

The Project

The customers had decided to replace their draughty, high-maintenance windows and doors over three separate installation dates, with the final few windows being installed two years ago. They chose Everest because a neighbour further down their road had a batch of windows replaced by Everest and they recommended us highly. Also, the customer's mother had chosen Everest to replace windows in her home and said how pleased she was with the products too.

The house is definitely warmer now but the best thing by far, is that all the products are low maintenance, so there is nothing to paint and update.

The Design Consultation

The couple couldn't have been more complimentary about our salesperson, whom they described as 'brilliant and a pleasant person to be dealing with'. They added "We'd not experienced Everest products before, so we needed briefing about all the options and products available and the consultant did this in a clear and concise fashion. It was very obvious to us that he totally believed in Everest's products".


The Survey

The process of surveying was highly professional with our surveyor recognising any issues instantly. These were dealt with swiftly and installation dates were booked soon after for both installs.

The Installation Process

The products that the couple chose were fitted over a period of seven years, during three separate installations. The couple didn't have a lot to compare the Everest installs to as they had only had one window fitted before by a local firm, but they had seen other people's installations and heard their positive stories. They were very pleased about the extra measures our installations teams took to ensure the structure was sound, particularly that there was no unnecessary weight-bearing when they fitted the French doors. All of the installers were very polite, and the couple was extremely happy with the finish and the Georgian leading.
