Customer Case Study

Mrs F in West Sussex

TrustPilot Rating: 5 star rating

We're proud to say we 'Fit the best', so we endeavour to leave all our customers happy and totally satisfied. In this case study we visited a customer at her lovely home in West Sussex to talk about her recent Everest Installation.

The Project

The customers had inherited poorly fitted windows with their house but despite being covered by a guarantee, they found the original company were unhelpful with regards to making any repairs and they had been left with no option but to replace the windows concerned. The customer and her husband decided to choose Everest because they truly believed we are the best. She explained that they had seen a lot of Everest adverts and most recently, been really impressed with the new GrabLock technology. She told us that her husband worked away regularly, so having this level of security installed, automatically made her feel safer in their home as it is situated in a secluded road.

Feeling secure when I'm on my own in the house is really important to me, so the new windows have totally ticked that box.

The Design Consultation

The couple were visited by a Everest Sales Consultant and remembered him as being very polite and courteous. She said there was no hard sell, he simply described the products he thought their home could benefit from. It was very obvious he believed in Everest and they felt confident they had made the right decision and were ready to place an order.

The Survey

When it was time for the survey, the surveyor was prompt and didn't take up too much of their time, in fact the survey was completed in a couple of hours. Again, the surveyor was very friendly, extremely professional and the survey went smoothly.

The Installation Process

The actual installation of the products was completed as per the schedule supplied and the installers were tidy, arrived on time, stayed late when required and were good communicators. There were no problems during the install but there were a few snagging issues after, that have now be resolved. In fact, the customer laughingly asked what spray the installers were using to clean the windows as she said it worked like magic.

Installed Products

uPVC sash windows, uPVC French doors and uPVC casement windows.

I've never had a window where you can shut it and all outside noise literally disappears.

Project Summary

The customer told us that they had noticed exceptional noise reduction with their new windows and how much she loved the authentic-looking wood grain effect. She added how pleased there were that they had chosen silver furniture, as they felt this added a vintage feel to the sash windows at the front of the house.
