Meet the team in Glasgow

Fred Broughton

Fred has been with Everest since 1981, making him one of our longest-serving consultants, and before that he served on HMS Ark Royal. He lives in the village of Lochwinnoch in Renfrewshire, Western Scotland, and meets customers as far afield as Oban, Glasgow, Paisley, Largs and Greenock. As well as our ever-popular front doors, sash and casement windows, Fred is also highly experienced when it comes to conservatories, or perhaps a replacement roof for your existing one, which is a great way to save on energy bills.

Alan James Linwood

Alan lives in Lockerbie but can often be found in places such as Dumfries, Castle Douglas, Bourge and Moffat meeting customers at all times of the day. And maybe the night too - he tells us that he's not keen on sleeping, preferring to make the most of life while he can. One thing's for sure - whether he's talking about casement, dual turn or sash windows, or patio, entrance or bi-fold doors, he's not the kind of guy to be sending you to sleep! Outside work, Alan enjoys shooting and motorbikes (we hope not at the same time).

Andrew O'Hagan

Cambuslang on the edge of Glasgow is Andrew's home town, and he has two grown-up sons and a younger daughter. He's been with Everest for ten years, and loves mountain walking in his spare time (he's in the right place for that). He looks after all main products, including aluminium, uPVC and timber windows, as well as doors, roofline and others. His territory includes Troon, Ayr, Lanark, Glasgow and East Kilbride. He's also a Beatles fan, so if you have a dream for your house, don't Let it Be - Get Back to Andrew and ask him for some Help!

Finlay Mackinnon

Finlay describes himself as a poor golfer, which, as he lives in the home of golf, sounds like a heinous crime. However, given that his favourite film is Rocky, it's unlikely to be because he lacks the will to win. The answer is probably because he rarely gets time to practise, thanks to the dedication he applies to working for Everest, as his many customers in places like Ayr and his home city of Glasgow will attest. Finlay joined us in 2001 and is responsible for all of our key products, from windows and doors to flat roofs and roofline.

Keith Russell

Keith was a butcher for forty years before deciding swapping prime cuts for prime home improvements in 2013. He lives in Wishaw, and has customers all over Southern Scotland, including in Glasgow, Larkhall, Bathgate and Livingston. His favourite film is the Tom Hanks fantasy crime drama The Green Mile. Regarding products, Keith is well qualified to talk about all of our best-known lines, including secondary glazing, driveways, garage doors, plus our ever-popular uPVC doors, and aluminium and timber windows.

Kevin Welton

He lives in Carlisle, but many of Kevin's clients are north of the border, all the way up as far as Glasgow, as well as Ayr, Lanark, Dumfries and Biggar. His favourite film is Troy, and with an area that big to cover, he certainly works like a Trojan. He's been with Everest for 25 years plus, and enjoys explaining the benefits of all of our range and finding just the right option for his customers. As well as all of our windows and doors, Kevin handles conservatories, roof trim, driveways, alarm systems, artificial grass, security systems, tiled roof extensions.

Stefan Stefanovic

Stefan's favourite film is the thriller Limitless, but he's a big Harry Potter fan as well - he's actually part way through making a model of Hogwarts Castle. Given that it's apparently seven storeys high, has got 142 staircases and is supported by magic, he may still have some way to go, but Stefan has certainly got the magic touch when it comes to recommending the right doors, windows or roof trim. Stefan has many satisfied customers in Livingston, Falkirk, Glasgow, Peebles and his home city of Edinburgh. He joined Everest in 2015.

Alan Wright

Alan has been introducing people to Everest home improvements for over 30 years now. Before that, he was a lift engineer, but nowadays he prefers to raise the profiles of our casement, sash, tilt & turn and dual turn windows, not to mention entrance, bi-fold, patio and stable doors. He's also adept at finding you just the right conservatory (or a replacement roof for your current one) or garage doors, driveways or anything else. He loves the coastal runs of his territory, but whether you live in Glasgow, Dunoon, Oban, Gourock or Largs, he'd love to meet you.
